Qualified candidates should ideally possess at least two (2) years of medical office experience, have excellent telephone skills, and have an upbeat personality.
We are willing to train the right person, as long as you are highly motivated, work well with technology, and have excellent communication skills.
Duties include front desk, interaction with patients, insurance verifications, billing codes and modifiers, ability to multi-task, computer literate, answering multi-line telephones, scheduling appointments, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and can be a team player.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
