The position is available for answering the phones, booking appointments, follow-up calls, and support to Dispatching of Ambulances.
No experience is necessary, but one must be self-driven, able to multi-task, knowing how to prioritize, attentive to details, with good verbal, numerical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
We are an Ambulance Company that services Bergen, Passaic and Upper Essex county, and still growing! Spanish speaking is a plus! Customer service experience is preferred.
