This position requires a professional, experienced dental treatment presenter and scheduler to be successful in this position.
We are seeking a talented team player, who is able to deliver stellar service to our patients, with strong communications skills, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow-up to ensure best practices.
As a member of our business team, you will be part of the first line of customer service for all visitors entering our office.
Below are some of the integral items to be comfortable and successful in this position:
Understand dental procedures well enough to answer patient questions, possible assisting experience would be a plus.
Eaglesoft experience is a plus Present treatment with a high rate of treatment acceptance.
Comfortable presenting financial options to assist patients in obtaining the treatment they need and desire.
The ability to assist patients in overcoming their own objections to treatment & scheduling.
Able to schedule to goal/keep the schedule full of production to meet the daily financial goal.
The ability to understand an insurance breakdown in regard to presenting a patient their best treatment option.
Follow up on reports which pertain to this position.
Knowledge of ADA Codes Willing to learn, via in office training, webinars, podcasts, possible occasional offsite training.
The right candidate will present a positive attitude, is reliable and somewhat flexible, and become an integral member of our established team.
