We are looking for someone who's a team-player, a go-getter, and flexible.
The ideal candidate should be able to Greet and answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Greet and attend to patients in person at the front desk for check-in and check out Professionally assist family members of the patients, other staff members, visitors, vendors and providers.
Schedule appointments for the patients.
Able to perform accurate documentation of patient visits and has excellent database (spreadsheet) skills Has working knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA rules.
Able to pay meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
Has excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills.
