Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support and ensures efficient operation of the office.
Is resourceful and answers phone calls efficiently.
Carries out administrative duties such as creating databases, going over billing and authorizations, filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Reporting Skills Administrative Writing Skills Microsoft Office Skills Managing Processes Organization Analyzing Information Professionalism Problem Solving Supply Management Inventory Control Verbal Communication Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent education required Previous administrative assistant experience (preferred) Knowledge of appropriate software including:
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Job Types:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
